Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Hamiley piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
• Returns that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Please reach out via our contact form before sending a return. We’ll provide the correct return address (UK, Germany, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or other locations).
